About Dylan
Dylan is a second-generation insurance professional, bringing a wealth of experience from private equity, life science, and real estate development. He advises industries such as Life Sciences, Technology, Real Estate Development, and Contractors, and is on the path to becoming a top expert in cyber risks, surety bonds, and builder’s risk. Beyond his client work, Dylan oversees finance, marketing, and technology operations, contributing as a vital member of the executive management team. Dylan holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Utah Valley University, where he was elected Student Body President and served as a voting member of the Board of Trustees, Foundation Board, Alumni Board, and President’s Council. After several years of professional experience, Dylan pursued an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. Dylan and his wife are proud parents to three kids under the age of five. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys snowboarding, golfing, mountain biking, wake surfing, pickleball, playing guitar, building Lego sets with his kids, DIY projects, and fishing. He even has a knack for creating highly detailed Excel spreadsheets—a skill that blurs the line between work and hobby.
