Tim

Since 2001, Tim has been building his risk management practice by establishing strong relationships within the business community. He has developed a network of underwriters, industry professionals, and strategic partnerships that enable him to consult clients on complex challenges and transformative initiatives. He has obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) professional designations.

Tim is an expert advisor to several industries, including but not limited to Construction, Real Estate Development, Technology, Cannabis, Hospitality, and Product related risks. In addition to consulting clients, Tim also currently serves as the company’s CRO.

He spends most of his time in San Clemente, California where his home and office are located. He enjoys surfing, sailing, free diving, great food, and building memories with friends and family. One of his favorite travel destinations is Playa Saladita, Mexico, a small surfing and fishing pueblo outside of Zihuantanejo.

His greatest treasures are his wife Melynda, daughter Chanel, son Bryce. He has been known to speak in baby talk to family’s small dogs. One dog in particular, Pepper, has become somewhat of an office mascot.
