This national honor places us among an elite group of independent insurance agencies across the country who exemplify operational excellence, strong financial performance, and a continued commitment to best-in-class client service.
The Best Practices Agency designation is based on the Best Practices Study, a comprehensive analysis of the top-performing agencies in the insurance industry. Each year, over a thousand agencies are nominated (1,146 in 2025 alone), and only a select few meet the rigorous standards required to qualify. We’re proud to be one of only 348 agencies nationwide to achieve this recognition for 2025.
First launched in 1993, the Best Practices Study segments agencies into seven revenue categories, identifying those who lead their peers in areas like growth, profitability, productivity, and service. Agencies must be nominated and then undergo a detailed review of their financial and operational data. Only those in the top tier of performance, typically the top 35–45 agencies per category, earn the Best Practices Agency title.
This year marks the beginning of a new three-year cycle, during which agencies must annually reaffirm their status by submitting up-to-date performance data for evaluation. We’re honored to begin this cycle with such a strong start.
