About Dylan
Dylan is a second-generation insurance professional, joining the team with previous work experience in private equity, life science, and real estate development. He advises many different industries including Life Sciences, Technology, Real Estate Development, and Contractors. He is on the path to becoming an expert and top broker of cyber risks, surety bonds, and builder’s risk. In addition to his work with clients, he also oversees the finance, marketing, and technology operations and has been a valuable member of the executive management team.
Dylan has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Utah Valley University, the largest university in Utah, where he was elected Student Body President and was also a voting member of the Board of Trustees, Foundation Board, Alumni Board, and President’s Council. After several years of working, Dylan took a hiatus from the insurance world to attend business school full time, receiving an MBA from the Marriott School of Business (Brigham Young University).
Dylan and his wife have 3 kids under 5. He considers himself a jack-of-all/master-of-none when it comes to hobbies. Some of his favorites include snowboarding, golfing, mountain biking, wake surfing, pickleball, guitar, building lego with his kids, DIY’ing, and fishing. He also makes a mean excel spreadsheet which rides a fine line between work and hobby.
